RRB Group D Exam 2019 - Eligibility & How To Apply

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) published notification for RRB Group D Exam (Level 1 Posts) 2019 on 23rd February 2019. A total of 103769 vacancies have been notified this year. The Online Registration process has already begun from 12th March 2019, 5 PM onwards. Last date to apply for RRB Group D Exam 2019 is 12th April 2019.

The Exam Date for Computer Based Test (CBT) has not yet been announced, but as per the tentative schedule it will be held sometime around September – October 2019.

The Online Application Registration for RRB Group D (Level 1 Posts) started on 12th March 2019 and the link will be active till 12th April 2019. If you have not applied till now for RRB Group D Exam 2019, then go to the following link to complete the online registration process:

Vacancy Details

A total of 103769 vacancies have been notified by RRB for Group D Exam (Level 1 Posts) 2019. Railway Zone-wise vacancy is provided below in the table for reference.

Minimum Educational Qualification

Post-wise educational qualification and medical standards are mentioned in the table given below:

Note: Candidates should ensure that they possess/fulfil all eligibility conditions prescribed for the post(s) as on the closing date of online registration i.e. as on 12.04.2019. CANDIDATES WAITING FOR FINAL RESULTS OF PRESCRIBED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION SHOULD NOT APPLY.

Age Limit

Minimum Age = 18 years

Maximum Age = 33 years

The lower and upper age limit will be reckoned as on 1st July 2019.

Relaxation in upper age limit applicable as mentioned in the Page 8 of the Official Notification.

Examination Fee

The candidates applying for RRB Group D Exam 2019 have to pay the prescribed fees as per their category.

Examination Fee can be paid either offline or online.

  • ONLINE fee payment through internet banking or debit/credit card or UPI.
  • OFFLINE fee payment through

    - SBI Challan Payment mode in any branch of SBI.

    - Post Office Challan Payment mode in any branch of Computerized Post Office.

 

Admit Card

Admit Card/Call Letter can be downloaded from the Official website 10 days before the Exam date. We will notify once the admit card link gets activated.

With competition brewing up, it is important to first of all apply for the exam on time and then prepare for the exam with full focus, do ample amount of revision and practice well through Mock Tests.
