The Pay Scale of an SBI Clerk as per the Official SBI Clerk Notification is: 

11765-655/3-13730-815/3-16175-980/4-20095-1145/7-28110- 2120/1- 30230-1310/1-31450.

The basic salary of an SBI clerk starts with a reasonable amount of Rs. 13,075/- (Rs.11765.00 plus two advance increments admissible to graduates).

Special allowances: Rs.911.79/-

DA (Dearness Allowance 51.2%): Rs. 5311.58/-

HRA (House Rent Allowance): Rs.1176.5/-

Transport allowances: Rs.425/-

After including all the above allowances, the in hand salary will be Rs. 19589.87/-

The total In-Hand salary varies according to the location as well. For Example, an SBI Clerk living in Mumbai would be getting more HRA and Transport Allowance than someone who is living in a smaller city like Lucknow or Patna etc.

SBI Clerk In Hand Salary Range: 

Rs. 19,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- (Depending upon the location).

This means that the basic salary of an SBI Clerk at the time of joining would be Rs.11765

The 655/3 means that the basic salary will grow by Rs.655 every year for the next 3 years.

So the Salary of SBI Clerk in the beginning of 2nd Year would be Rs.11765 + 655 = Rs.12420

Salary of SBI Clerk in the beginning of 3rd Year would be Rs.12420+655 = Rs.13075

Salary of SBI Clerk in the beginning of 4th Year would be Rs.13075+655 = Rs.13730

After that the salary will grow by Rs.815/Year for the next 3 Years.

Salary of SBI Clerk in the beginning of 5th Year would be Rs.13730+ 815 = Rs.14545

Salary of SBI Clerk in the beginning of 6th Year would be Rs.14545 + 815 = Rs.15360
