While booking using the services of Kicx.in, the following rules apply: A booking can be done a maximum of 30 days before the date. Similarly, a booking can be done a minimum of 6 hours before. Booking can be done through our website at http://www.Kicx.in. or our mobile site http://m.Kicx.in. In case of online confirmed bookings, an advance full payment needs to be done by the customer online while booking. The deposit amount is based on the estimated total cost and will be adjusted with the final amount at the end of the booking. If needed customer can generate an online request without paying anything. The operator will contact the customer directly for confirmation. For every confirmed booking, a invoice will be assigned at least 4 hours before delivery. The customer will get an email and/or sms confirmation with the bill and details after the assignment. Customer should carry a printout of the booking voucher or the booking confirmations SMS for Identification. Booking completion and Final Payment: After completion of the booking, the final payment has to be done by the customer itself. The value of the final payment will be the total cost minus the advance payment (if any). The final payment should be an online payment by payment gateway might not be able to charge on cash or may not accept cheques. In rare cases, if the final amount is less than the advance booking deposit (if any), Kicx.in will refund the excess amount back to the customer on behalf of the operator. For booking modifications, following rules will apply: You can modify the date (shortened or extended) for a booked product without any additional charge (subject to availability of the vehicle). Changes in the booking date will require cancellation of the book and a re-booking, and in that case cancellation charges will be applicable. All modification requests should be done directly with the operator. The customer just needs to call up the allocated operator to make changes. All the cancellation requests should be done online or through emailing at booking@Kicx.in. In case the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the pick-up time, 20% of the advanced booking payment will be deducted. In case the booking is cancelled 0-24 hours before the pick-up time, 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as penalty.
